As a Radio Art Premium subscriber, to avoid commercials, please use the dedicated Radio Art music service. If you prefer adding Radio Art channels to your Sonos Favorites or My Sonos menu, ensure you are logged into the Radio Art music service with your member login and add your favorite channels directly from the Radio Art music service.
Note: Radio Art channels added to Sonos Favorites or My Sonos from third-party music providers are considered "free" channels and will contain commercials.
Sonos Radio Art service setup instructions:
If you don't have already, install the Sonos S2 controller from the App Store for iOS users: iOS Software
or from Google Play Store for Android users: Android Software
or Sonos controller for Desktop Computer: Mac Software, PC Software
If you need the older Sonos S1 controller please visit the page: https://support.sonos.com/en-us/downloads
Then follow the below instructions.
From your device, open your Sonos Controller application
and Navigate to the Settings menu and select Services & Voice.
Look for "Art Radio - RadioArt.com" and select it.
Follow the on-screen instructions to authorize your Radio Art account.
After login, return back to Sonos controller application.
Once completed, you'll find the Radio Art music service conveniently listed under the Browse menu.
